Evocracy

Participants collaboratively develop solutions by submitting topic proposals and contributing ideas. Users are grouped to refine and integrate their proposals into a shared document through live editing, discussion tools, and peer evaluation. Selected representatives advance these solutions to higher levels of deliberation, refining them further until a final consensus is reached.
