- Compensation: $30/hr or more, depending on experience.

Role Overview
As a Growth Lead, you will support the adoption of DAOstar’s standards, manage fundraising efforts, and nurture relationships within the DAO ecosystem. This is a cross-functional role, ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to explore the world of DAOs and decentralized governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to drive adoption of DAOstar standards (e.g., EIP-4824)
- Manage fundraising via grants and memberships
- Support working groups, ensuring effective meetings and active participation
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the DAO space
- Oversee social media (Twitter) and manage newsletters
- Represent DAOstar at industry events and conferences
- Stay updated on governance issues in top-tier DAOs
Qualifications
- Passion for DAOs and open-source ecosystems
- 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally in web3 or with DAOs
- Experience applying for and securing grants
- Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
- Familiarity with governance-related roles in DAOs is a plus
