My name is Brooke, and I am a cultural anthropologist and data scientist whose interests lie at the intersection between identity construction, technology, and hierarchies of power. I am currently a PhD student RMIT, where my research aims to empirically examine how decentralized communities socially produce theories of governance and operationalize them into digital infrastructures and algorithmic protocols.
