Trent MacDonald

I'm Trent, a research fellow (economics, data science) at RMIT University. I’m interested in the political and economic implications and possibilities of new technologies; particularly in the areas of blockchain and cryptocurrency, privacy and surveillance, and artificial intelligence and automation. My current work is focused on empirical mapping and analysis of automated decision-making and algorithmic governance in the economy and society.
